Can you recommend any good simulation games for the PC?

I have already got:
The Sims
Sim Societies
Theme Park
Hospital
The Movies (my fave of all of these)

I love all these games but have played them to death now! Can you recommend any other good ones? I don't like games that are about war and conquering the world so no "Medievil 2" or "Dawn of War" stuff please! :)
