Please tell me some good simulation Games?

I want simulation games of any of the following genre...
1) Building simulation- where i can build my very own city, buy and sell properties....
2) Money Management games - where in i'll need to scratch my head about how to manage my budget
3) strategy simulation - where in i'll have to think how to get the best out of things...

Any help is appreciated... Thank you... And ya... i want offline games... dnt want to play them
